Marine Company Background

Marine Tech entered the UAE market as a full LLC company in 2005, registered with both the Economic Department and Chamber of Commerce in Dubai.

Initially with only two employees, the focus was on supplying swaged wire rope fittings to the yachting industry, including the assembly and fitting of yachts.

During this time, Marine Tech developed close tie with all of the local marinas, including the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC); the Creek Marina as well as servicing the two primary sailing clubs in the region – Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC) and Jebel Ali Sailing Club (JASC).

Marine Tech now operate not only as a leading sail repair and chandlery unit in the area but also as main distrubutors of well known and specialised marine clothing brands such as Dubarry, Gill, Musto, Quayside, and Zhik.
